Mindful Movement Mondays (Certified for Prenatal)

There is a path of Yoga for everyone.  It begins where you are.  This class welcomes all levels and is appropriate for prenatal clients as well as active seniors.  Reduce stress, strengthen and gain resilience in Hatha Yoga style.  Challenge yourself!

Midweek "Flow and Let Go" Wednesdays

Ready for something more?  

"Flow" classes encourage moving with the breath through guided, graceful transitions from pose to pose.   Reduce stress, increase stamina,  strengthen and tone.  We "root down to rise up" and "go with the flow". Modifications made for experienced students.

Mindful Movement Mondays class is appropriate and safe for prenatal and those wishing to become pregnant.

Yoga 101 - Introduction

This class is a requirement if you have never tried yoga before.  Please call to schedule your appointment.  Based on discussion of your personal goals you will explore basic yoga poses, their correct alignment, modifications, and breath awareness.  

You will be given handouts and homework appropriate to your goals.

Yin Yoga

There are so many benefits to Yin Yoga.  It works the opposite of muscle tension, it works by relaxing the muscles in positions that use gravity and body weight to stretch and release the connective tissues between  the muscles and bones.  Poses are held for longer periods with guided meditations in between transitions from pose to pose.
